Commissioning of electrical equipment
NIIEFA-ENERGO, LLC вperforms the full range of adjustment (start-up and adjustment) work for electric machinery manufactured by the company and by other producers. The enterprise is a member of non-commercial partnership of the Interregional Association of Railway Construction Organizations self-regulatory organization; it has a competency certificate for certain types of work that affect the safety of capital construction projects. NIIEFA-ENERGO has everything necessary for high-quality performance of electric machinery adjustment work – tools, technological and installation equipment, equipment for electrical measurement and testing, and devices for relay protection and automation circuit adjustment.
The enterprise’s specialists possess personal certificates for the installation and adjustment work with electric machinery manufactured by Siemens in following series designations: NXPLUS C, 8DA, 8DB, NXAIR, etc., and competence certificates for cable laying with 3M fittings.
The electric laboratory has a registration.
Types of start-up and adjustment work performed:
- start-up and adjustment of supply and measurement transformers;

- measurement of insulation resistance of wire harness and cable links (with voltage of up to 35 kV);
- measurement of grounding devices resistance;
- measurement of contact voltage;
- circuit tests of grounded units and elements of grounded plants;
- zero-phase circuit tests in electric plants of up to 1,000 V;
- protective cutout devices tests;
- tripping mechanism tests;
- relay tests (in electric plants of up to 220 kV);
- electric machinery tests (with voltage of up to 20 kV) through overvoltage;
- cable links tests (with voltage of up to 20 kV) through overvoltage;
- measurement of insulation resistance of electric machinery (with voltage of up to 35 kV);
- measurement of direct-current resistance of electric machinery (with voltage of up to 220 kV).
